Elliot Lake was once touted as the Uranium Capital of the World. The Elliot Lake Nuclear and Mining Museum now stands as a tribute and celebration of our proud mining heritage. Officially designated as the Northern Home of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, the Museum greets visitors from all over the world and has received much acclaim for its quality exhibits and presentations.

Museum Hours

May long weekend to September long weekend:
9 a.m. - 8 p.m. seven days a week
September to May:
9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily and by appointment only on weekends.
