Before you seek a volunteer position, give some thought to your personal expectations.  Don't feel uncomfortable if some of your reasons for volunteering are self-centred. The self-interest is essential if you want your volunteering to stick.

How much time must you invest as a volunteer?
A shift can be between three and four hours.  The number of shifts is up to you.  We schedule you to suit your life style.
