Estonian Wrist Warmer Knitting Workshop - Cabin Fever Creative Expo
This is a 4 hour workshop on Estonian colour work motifs that can be used on mittens, gloves, socks or hats. In this class, we will create a wrist warmer using techniques which can be adapted to other patterns. The price includes Drops Baby Marino yarn. Participants must bring their own 2 or 2.5 mm needles.
This class is suitable for enthusiastic advanced beginners or comfortable intermediate knitters. Participants should be comfortable knitting and purling in the round. Familiarity with two-colour knitting will be useful.
Participants will learn to choose a stranded colour work motif; knit with two colours and to cast on and off.
