Creativity...we are going to be encouraging creativity a lot.  Psychology Today has an article about the basics of creativity, you might find interesting.

Albert Einstein is purported to have said, "Creativity is intelligence having fun!" Even if he didn't, that is a powerful way of looking at creativity.  Notice that that statement does not limit creativity to any sector or subject.  Creativity is a quality we are born with.  Everyone of us.

"I'm not a creative person," is a false statement.  Every time someone thinks "outside the box" to problem solve, creativity is harnessed.  When you make a recipe your own, or plan your spring planting.  You are applying creativity.
